The second season centers on former FBI agent Ryan Hardy and his niece, NYPD detective Max Hardy and their attempts to find serial killer Joe Carroll following Joe';s faked death. After several bizarre incidents, however, Ryan realizes that Carroll’s bloody web of murder is not over.
