Intern Pierce
Pierce is a surgical intern introduced with the new bunch in the third season. He initially works on Alex's team but Alex doesn't like him and reassigns him to George. Pierce is part of the love triangle that includes interns Steve and Megan, whom he dated, which caused a serious rift between him and Steve.
