Jennifer Lauren

Jennifer Lauren is an actress, dancer and spoken word artist. A native of North Carolina, she received her BA in Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Upon graduating, she did a dance apprenticeship with Moving Poets Theatre of Dance,performing in the prestigious ballet "Swan Lake". She later joined the company and performed regionally as a Principal. In addition to Moving Poets, Jennifer toured with the Twilight Repertory Theater Company, performing at the Actors Playhouse and Connelly Theater in the New York Fringe Festival. She joined Donnell Stines of CDH Productions and was a featured teacher/dancer for numerous artistic events including the Red Bull/Battle Slam Jam, Hairspray's Kids Night on Broadway and Savion Glovers "Classical Savion" tour promo. Upon relocating to Atanta, Georgia, Jennifer began training at Dance 411 Studios and Gotta Dance Atlanta where she shortly thereafter began teaching. Joining the team of Bloc Agency, Jennifer has performed with Cirque Du Soleil, Kenny Burns, TI, PBS, Kanye West and Redman. In addition to dance, she worked as a weight loss consultant for Jenny Craig and an aerobics instructor/AFAA certified personal trainer for the YMCA and Ballys Total Fitness. Her recent credits include Watch ABC app commercial, Frenemies(ID Channel), Impractical Jokers (Touble Shoot episode), youlive.com (hand model), Spontaneous Construction (HGTV and The View) and the Planet Connections Theater Festival.
